I offer warm, compassionate support for families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. My goal is to create a trusted local service where parents feel informed, supported, and never alone. My role is to complement your medical care by providing continuous emotional, informational, and practical support throughout your journey into parenthood.
Antenatal support
Pregnancy can bring excitement, uncertainty, and lots of questions. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore your options, prepare for birth, and build confidence for the journey ahead.
During our antenatal sessions, I can support you with:

Postnatal support
Postnatal Support
The weeks after birth can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and everything in between. Postnatal support provides a safe, non-judgemental space where you can focus on your recovery, adjust to life with your new baby, and feel supported during this transition.
Postnatal support may include:
• Emotional support and a listening ear
• Practical support around the home
• Preparing drinks and simple snacks
• Holding baby while you rest, shower, or eat
• Support with newborn care and building confidence
• Feeding support and signposting to specialist services when needed
• Sterilising bottles and feeding equipment
• Folding baby laundry and organising baby essentials
• Supporting older siblings during your visit
• Birth debrief and reflection on your experience
• Signposting to local groups and support services

Planned C-section support
Planned Caesarean Birth Support
A planned Caesarean birth deserves the same preparation, choice, and support as any other birth. My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you approach your baby’s birth.
Planned Caesarean support may include:
• Understanding what to expect before, during, and after surgery
• Creating personalised birth preferences for your Caesarean birth
• Discussing your options and choices within the operating theatre
• Preparing your birth partner for their role on the day
• Planning for skin-to-skin contact and early feeding
• Recovery planning for the first days and weeks after birth
• Emotional support throughout your journey
• Attendance at your planned Caesarean birth (subject to availability)
• Support in recovery immediately following birth where appropriate
• Birth debrief and reflection following your experience
